Madhu R. Anderson

Anderson is enjoying a sabbatical in East Lansing after years in state government, recently opening and working at her pottery studio called The Mud Muse. Prior to that, she directed the Commission on Asia in the Schools and managed the state's Center for Educational Performance and Information. In her earlier capacity as chief deputy treasurer for the State of Michigan, she had oversight for public finance matters and worked on major legislative initiatives addressing tax and school finance reforms.
