Mary E. Brady, C.E.C.

Brady is one of 200 female certified executive chefs in the world. This equates to less than 10 percent of all persons certified at this level. Brady is very active in furthering the roles of females in this industry. She also is very involved in the American Culinary Federation’s Apprenticeship Program and is a member of the Women Chefs and Restaurateurs. She is active in numerous community activities as well as serving on the board of directors for the Michigan Restaurant Association and is an advisory member of Michigan State University’s Hospitality Business Entrepreneurship Advisory Council.
